These terms cover how you buy and use products from Raising Little Eaters. By purchasing, you agree to them.
1. Who you're buying from
Raising Little Eaters is the trading name of Louis Dowdeswell, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

2. The products
We sell digital guides and resources for parents — primarily downloadable PDFs and written protocols. Products are described on the relevant product page. We aim to make all descriptions accurate, but minor updates, corrections, or edits to digital products may happen after purchase.
3. Payment and delivery
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by ThriveCart. We do not see or store your card details.
- Delivery is instant: after a successful purchase, you receive an email with a download link. If it doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then email us.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. We cannot be held liable for missed delivery due to typos.
4. Licence and copyright
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your household. You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or publish the files.
- Reproduce substantial portions of the content in a commercial setting.
- Reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works for sale.

5. Medical disclaimer
Our products are designed for typically-developing children with behavioural picky-eating patterns. They are informational and educational only; they are not medical advice.
If you suspect your child has a feeding disorder, sensory processing condition, allergy, ARFID, or any other medical issue affecting eating, please speak to your GP, a registered dietitian, or a paediatric feeding specialist before using our methods.
We are not medical professionals. Always use your judgement as a parent.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide our products "as is" and make no warranty that the methods will work for every family or every child. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the protection of your local consumer law.
