Refund Policy
If The Plate Method doesn't work for your family, we'll refund you. No forms, no interrogation, no guilt.
How to request a refund
Email hello@raisinglittleeaters.com from the address you used at checkout, with:
- Your order number (on your receipt from ThriveCart), or the email you purchased with.
- Optional: a line on what didn't work. We read every reply — it helps us improve.
What happens next
- We'll confirm within 2 working days.
- The refund is processed through ThriveCart back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically reappear in 3–10 working days.
- Your download link is deactivated at the same time. You're asked to delete any copies of the product files you've saved locally.
After 60 days
Refunds after 60 days are at our discretion. If something went wrong — a technical issue, a billing mistake, a good reason we haven't thought of — email us anyway. We're a small outfit and we'd rather talk than hide behind a policy.
UK / EU consumer rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (and equivalent EU rules), digital products become exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once you download them, because you've agreed to receive the content immediately. Our 60-day guarantee is more generous than this and applies regardless.
